AthlEATS Store Policies
We make ordering easy for you! Place your order anytime between 7am Monday & 7am Wednesday each week! All orders that are placed after 7am on Wednesday will automatically roll over to the next ordering cycle and you will receive an email stating such. Once your order is placed, AthlEATS gets to work so you can enjoy your week!
AthlEATS understands that sometimes things just don’t work out the way you had hoped. Unfortunately, once a meal has left the kitchen, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you weren’t satisfied with a meal, made a mistake in your ordering, or the staff made an error, we will happily fully refund or replace your meal!
AthlEATS delivers meals to your home every Sunday and you don’t have to be at home to receive your delivery. Simply leave a cooler out and we will leave your order for you. Aren’t home and you forgot your cooler? We will take your order back to the kitchen so it stays fresh! If your order does return to the kitchen, we will not be able to redeliver however, reach out to us via email, phone call, or text to arrange your new pickup time.

Chose to pick up your order but aren’t sure what to do next? It’s easy! You can pick up your meals at the kitchen between 10am – 3pm every Friday and Saturday or at either Gold’s Gym location after 10am on Saturday! Gold’s Gym locations can be picked up at your convenience within their operating hours!
Mistakes happen and we understand that plans change, too! If you need to change your delivery order to a pickup order, reach out to us via email, phone call, or text and we will refund your delivery charge!
